Finally i got my two wheeler licence..i wanted get it without the help of anyone..but only with my God Jesus..here is how to get licence faithfully in chennai..
First u should get a learner's licence..go to RTO office with the following documents
1)Address proof(ration card)
2)Identity proof(pan card or election card)
3)age proof(birth certificate or 10th or 12th mark sheet)
First get the application from the counter in the RTO office.It is Application for the Grant or Renewal of Learner's Licence (Form 2)
secondly pay the fees..it varies for the vehicle u are going to get licence..for two wheeler with gear it is rs.60..maximum it will go only till rs.90 for heavy vehicles.
then stand in the queue for getting llr..ur documents will be verified and u will be allowed to have a test about the traffic rules and regulations.see this link for assistance..http://www.tn.gov.in/sta/model_q_llr.htm
after being passes u need to have ur llr data entered..so go to data entry section and let ur llr data be entered..get the seal and sign..that's it..u have now got the llr..u shouldicence after 1 month only but before 6 months.
getting licence is simple..
go to rto office with
1)LLR
2)3 Photos
3)Rs.350(for two wheeler licence with gear)
4)documents of the vehicle
it is simple..
first pay the fees..(350 for 2 wheeler with gear..dont know for others)
then go straight to the inspector..he will verify the documents of ur vehicle and ur LLR..if it is other's vehicle u should have a letter of permisson of that person and the documents.
then u shoul go to the place where the test is conducted..for 2 wheeler u should put an 8 before the inspector..it is very easy but u should practice..
after the test is over u should go to the office to take photo..wait for some time till ur licence gets laminated..thats all u have got a licence faithfully directly.
